Everything a counter needs
Scan or search
Barcode scanner or a few letters of the name. The line starts at the list price, capped at MRP, and the earliest-expiring batch goes first.
A key for every step
Cash, UPI, card, hold and pay later each have a function key, and the same buttons are on screen for a touch counter.
Split payments
Part cash, part UPI, part card on one bill, with change worked out for the cashier.
Hold and recall
Park a bill while the customer fetches one more item, serve the next person, and bring it back.
Bluetooth printing
Receipts on 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printers. Most inexpensive models sold in India work.
Dynamic UPI QR
A QR code for the exact bill amount, so the customer pays the right figure.
Control without slowing the counter
- Each role gets its own discount limit and back-dating limit, checked on the server as well as at the till.
- Hide cost price and margins from anyone who does not need to see them.

If the internet drops
The bill you are building is kept on the device, through a dropped connection or a page reload, so nothing is lost. Posting needs the internet: press F10 again once the line is back and it posts. Only posted bills count, so the till and the books always agree.

Questions
What do I need to run ERPisy at the counter?
Any computer, tablet or phone with a modern browser. For receipts, a 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printer. Android and iPhone apps are coming soon.
Can I use it on more than one phone or computer?
Yes. Each person on your plan can be signed in on the counter, the office computer and their own phone at the same time. There is no fee per device or per login.
Can I stop a cashier from giving big discounts?
Yes. Each role has a discount limit that the server enforces, not just the screen.
Is there a limit on bills or items?
No. Every plan has unlimited invoices, products and customers.
